We provide affordable Commercial General Liability coverage for DJs, bands, event/wedding planners, photographers, videographers, and other select performing groups. This protects your business from third-party bodily injury and medical claims, property damage to a venue or other third party, business legal defense fees, advertising liability, and slander or libel claims.
Insureds must reside in one of the 50 U.S. states or Washington, D.C. Coverage under this program is not available to residents of the US-owned islands of St. Thomas, St. John, St. Croix, Puerto Rico, and Guam.
Coverage territory extends throughout the US (including its territories and possessions), Puerto Rico, and Canada, as well as international waters or airspace – but only if injury or damage occurs in the course of transportation between the aforementioned places.
Please note that the MPEP program is a paperless program, which means the rates reflect the insured's ability to use a computer or smartphone to enter certificate requests online, submit applications online, and email any necessary forms. COIs, forms, invoices, etc. will be delivered via email. Hardcopy mailing of these items is unavailable.

Our insurance premiums are primarily calculated using two metrics: the number of members in a group, along with the amount paid out in claims the prior five years. In order to keep our premium costs low, claim reduction is key - but so is having a large enough group that our underwriter’s risk analysis is accurate.

Additional insured certificates (form CG 2010) are available to satisfy venue or client requirements at no charge.
- Primary and Non-Contributory endorsement and/or Waiver of Subrogation can be provided for an additional charge if needed. The cost is $100 each per COI, or $250 each for the duration of the policy. Surplus lines taxes will apply - rates vary and are based off the insured's state of residence.
