Brian Stodart and I use Specialty Insurance Agency for our liability insurance. Brian is a Private, Corporate, and Wedding Musician who performs at many venues all over California. He often has venues requiring special verbiages to be listed on these insurance documents (additionally insured verbiages). We have been in many situations when these documents have been requested last minute by our clients, and Speciality Insurance Agency and their staff always come through for us. Their website for ordering documents is very user friendly and all documents are available back to us in a timely manner. We would highly recommend them!

A friend told me about this wonderful company, at that time under a different name. That was about 20 years ago! There were a few years when I wasn't working, but when I started up again balloon twisting and face painting, this is the company I came back to for my insurance needs! Specialty Insurance is the place to go to for your insurance needs as a performer/producer. I've never been treated so human by an insurance company before. They are efficient, accessible and cover pretty much every performer that I know, or have the pleasure to work with. Responsive, efficient, friendly! Additional insured certificates make clients feel safer. Over 2 decades with them, never had to use, but the safety is comforting, and the price has remained within reach for performing artists!

I have used Specialty Insurance Agency for my Vendor Insurance since 2014 and I can say that I am so grateful that I found them when I did. Before finding them, I tried out many other insurance providers while overpaying for less coverage.
Now that I'm with Vendors of the US, I am confident in knowing that I am well taken care of. Their rates are competitive, yet affordable. In my opinion, they can't be beat. Applying for new coverage or even just requesting a COI is simple and efficient. I appreciate their reliability and communication throughout changes that happen, whether it be within their website or changes that I request for a certificate.

All this is to basically say that I would recommend Specialty Insurance Agency to any vendor or entertainer who falls within the specs of what they can offer.

I've been using Specialty for over a decade as a full-time circus artist. While I have no experience of filing claims, Specialty has always been very prompt with certificates and helpful with whatever else I might need. Their annual rates are very reasonable whether you're a professional or a hobbyist. I feel like they're always improving their website, too. And they make an effort to educate their client base with newsletters, safety tips, etc. I miss the paper mailing they used to send out with all the insurance claims for the year -- it always made me think about things I might not have considered otherwise. Great company that only gets better every year.
